The challenge
Small schools often struggle to find age-appropriate opponents. Springfield's under-14 squad had the players and the passion — but nowhere to play.
The solution
The coach filtered schools by U14 football within a 25 km radius on EduSports Connect. Match requests went out. Fixtures came in. Availability, jerseys and travel details were coordinated inside the app.
The outcome
Three new inter-school fixtures in the first half of term — with three more scheduled. Two of the players earned their first regional selection trials.
